Education: High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred) Work experience: 3 years in desktop or help desk support Other qualifications: - Experience with Windows desktop support and imaging in an enterprise environment - CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred - DoD 8140.03 foundational qualification for the assigned work role (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE or an equivalent approved certification) - Ability to obtain CAC and IT-II background investigation
