Details

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field, or equivalent additional experience, or Associate's degree plus equivalent experience Work experience: 3 years in IT operations or production support, including incident response Other qualifications: - Willingness to serve in a 24x7 on-call rotation, including nights, weekends and holidays - Experience with ITIL-style incident and change processes - DoD 8140.03 foundational qualification for the assigned work role (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE or an equivalent approved certification) - U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1, 2 or 3 (or equivalent) investigation and the IT-level designation required for DoD environments (DHA)
