Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field, or equivalent additional experience, or Associate's degree plus equivalent experience Work experience: 3 years in IT operations or production support, including incident response Other qualifications: - Willingness to work a 24x7 shift or on-call schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays - ITIL 4 Foundation preferred - U.S. citizen able to obtain a federal public trust (suitability) determination for work on Department of Commerce systems
