Education: Bachelor's degree in English, communications, technical communication or a related field Work experience: 3 years writing technical documentation for software or IT operations Other qualifications: - Experience documenting APIs or IT operations procedures - U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1, 2 or 3 (or equivalent) investigation and the IT-level designation required for DoD environments (DHA)
