Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or a related field Work experience: 5 years managing software or IT delivery programs, including at least 2 years on Federal contracts Other qualifications: - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred - Experience with learning-technology or enterprise software implementations preferred - U.S. citizen able to obtain a favorable TSA/DHS fitness determination (background investigation) as required for contractor personnel
