Education: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, training or a related field Work experience: 3 years designing e-learning and blended training, including SCORM content and LMS administration Other qualifications: - Experience with e-learning authoring tools and an LMS - ATD CPTD or similar certification preferred - U.S. citizen able to obtain a favorable TSA/DHS fitness determination (background investigation) as required for contractor personnel
