Education: Bachelor's degree in business, project management, finance, engineering or a related field, or equivalent additional experience Work experience: 3 years applying earned value management or cost analysis Other qualifications: - Working knowledge of the ANSI/EIA-748 earned value management standard - Experience producing CPI, SPI and EAC reports from schedule and cost data - Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and suitability determination, as required
